I do a lot of snacking and can not lose on weight because of that terrible habit. Need some advices about healthy snacks or at least less bad than potato chips and salty crackers. I guess that the problem is that I really enjoy snacking. So, what tyes of food are allowed to consume in starving attacks?

Start with whole grain pretzels and rice cakes instead of potato chips and fried food. Make your supplement list, like low fat yoghurt fruit instead of chocolate ice-cream. Dried cranberries are excellent for snacking; they are sweet and tasty but very healthy and rich in c vitamin. Eats walnuts, but limit your dose on handful. Try to always have plenty of fresh fruit at home, I believe that it’s al up to habit.
