The best way to know whether you are virgin - take a mirror and squat on the floor with legs spread apart. Slowly separate the outer lips and you will see your vagina. Hymen which is a thin membrance - if it is intact - it should appear as intact, however since you mentioned bleeding - chances are hymen is ruptured already and you are not a virgin anymore
