You mentioned that you felt you were about to ejaculate but she said not too! So you didn't, and kept on going = thus the stament - going past the threshold! You were able to keep control and not ejaculate and went on past that ejaculation sensaton! Also it can take you a matter of minutes after loosing an erection to getting one back again! So I'm thinking that you came, lost a bit of your erection and then it fell out, then you went again! Thus her mentioning that she hasn't been so wet before - also because it was your first time you probably didn't realize it! and masturbation is TOTALLY different than actually vaginal sex!

i think your penis by then was desensitized! Ok...well here is my theory - because it happened to me.
I used to masturbate dry when I was a kid...and that is what I was used to! But - when I went to have sex for the first time (and honestly - sometimes even today) it was too wet for me to get to an orgasm. I was used to a lot of friction to make me cum - and there wasn't nearly enough friction when I was doing the real thing...
So - I wonder if this may be your problem... After the first time this happened for me I started using lube a lot when I masturbated just to get used to the wetness. Also - I overcame this by finding positions that provided more friction for me.
