That's not true! Many guys lie like that to coerce a girl into intimate sexual activity. If sperm enters the vagina at a fertile time, pregnancy can follow, however it gets there. There have been testimonies to that effect on here.
Pre-cum can contain sperm. But it would have to have been at a fertile time to get pregnant.
