Have you seen and internist or an endocrinologist? These are specialists that could do specific testing for any autoimmune diseases. In addition, my understanding is that lupus is difficult to diagnose. Do you have any of these types of diseases in your family history. Are you being treated at a hospital that is know for its work in that area? You might consider searching for one. They may have a lot more insight into what's going on with you.
