I have a tiny zit and I poped it and it only hurts when I touch it and its slightly red but it healed up quick but its a tiny bump and idk what it is ?

from this general desription, this zit could be caused by number of things - you could add more details, for example where is it located... etc. Chances are that the bump that remained is in fact just a scar tissue which is natural in healing process. And one common sence advice - if the zit hurts only when you're touching it, than maybe it might be smart not to touch it,
