I'm 30 years old and have been trying to get pregnant for the last 4 months. I have a question regarding implantation bleeding. I had it for a few days about 8-9 days after ovulation and was pretty sure I was pregnant (had headaches, mild cramps). I took several tests and all came back negative. Now, I got my period, although 2 days late. I am usually very regular (my period is every 28 days with no abnormal bleeding) and ovulate regularly. Could you please tell me what could have gone wrong? Should I worry?

I have experienced the same thing, and I am pretty sure it could have been a chemical pregnancy. Implantation bleeding only occurs in pregnant woman, a chemical pregnancy is a very early miscarriage. Better luck next time!

If your having your period I would assume your not pregnant however it still could be early those could have been signs of your period aswell. You can be regular but there are times when it can just change for no reason. If you still think your pregnant take another test in a week or so and see what it says if not then keep on trying. Also research early and late egg implantation. It could mean you ovulated later or implantation happen later or earlier which means you could get your period but you’ll miss your next one I read about it when I was looking up my discharge after implantation bleeding and getting negative pregnancy test but I still have not gotten my period so I’m still waiting as well but chemical pregnancy is still possible to
