I had PTB and successfully healed it, only scar left. Can it return again?

I have PTB before and the doctors said 2 months only i will take the medicine and after 2 months I finish the medicine and go my doctor and x-ry again its heal and scar only ..

And i want to ask it would be return again? i smoke sometimes. 1day 6 stick sometimes 1 to 3 days im not smoking..but now 3weeks im not smoking straight..
