I had terrible cramps and I mean terrible, which I can get but not normally that bad

Ok so I can worry after I have sex sometimes when I am not on the pill...So the last time I had sex was a couple weeks ago and I believe it was right at the end of my ovulation time but I could be wrong because my cycle is not systematic at all. We used a condom but I am not totally sure that "everything" on his end stayed in or it didn't break. About 3-5 days after during that span I had terrible cramps and I mean terrible, which I can get but not normally that bad. This went up to Wednesday. Thursday was my work holiday party which I had a little too much fun at and Friday woke up a little hung over. Later Friday night (a week after sex) I came down with a terrible case of the chills and a slight fever, which I sweated out during the night. I know have why I believe to be a sinus infection but I am not sure now after reading differen passages...and I should gets period tomorrow but I am worried
