Dear Estee if it's just bleeding with clots your probably on your period but just a heavier flow as you grow you get a heavier flow if your bleeding the same way you pee that isn't a good thing also the anus thing isn't good you should see a doctor about those 2 at the same time you could just be pregnant maybe you should do test .
