Taken somewhere from childhood. My mother is beginning to make me eat a banana, peach, apple, pear or any other fruit. And, do you know what happened? Nothing. I didnt eat it. Now, I have the same story with my wife. She is insisting on my fruit meals, because of my exercising. But I really hate to eat fruit. Is this bad for me and my trainings?

Fruit is very important kind of food. In deferent types of fruit you have almost all vitamins and minerals your body needs. My personal opinion is that you must try to eat some fruit. Especially if you are exercising, you will need more vitamins and minerals. Maybe you can use some supplements instead, but you should ask your doctor about.
