Hi, im an equestrian 14 yr old girl but i have a confidence issue. I can't speak to a crowd/class room full of people as i get really nervous and feel pressured and feel like all eyes are on me and judging. My friends aren't that great and i can only ever feel calm with my 16.3 hh horse, Eddie. I feel like a let down a lot of the time and feel like no one actually likes me :/ am i the only one and any tips to help? this is quite bad as it caused me to fall off my friends horse break my arm and sprain my toe D:
