I have a pink curved - shaped thing on top of the urethra of my penis and I'm not sure what it is and the doctors that have seen my penis have never said anything about it. What is it? The pee still comes through and I have never ejaculated.

I have started puberty and i have voice cracks. I'm 13 and yes there is a funny shaped hole in the top of the urethra.

It could just be the way your urethra has developed.
When you pee does the flow come straight out of your penis or does it tend to come out on angle?
Does it feel like it is hard to pee or that your urethra opening is restricted from the thing on the top?
Not ejaculating yet is no doubt you have just not reached the point where you are able to yet.
Your next doctor visit it would be worth asking your doctor about it.
The answer you get will be based on being examined and because its a bit hard to describe it that would be your best bet.
You could ask your parents to make an appointment for you.
