I have been on high fiber, non dairy, no white flour products, white flour products, caffeine and fried foods. Drank plenty water - it worked well for me.

3 years ago I was diognosed with water IntoxicationI - restricting me to 1.5L fluids a day - impossible task but have maintained ut.

I now am in catch 22- battling with constipation, bad winds and pain.

Any help would be appreciated
