OK so im new to this and i need some answers from some women that have already gone through pregnancy before. I have been trying for a year now to get pregnant and i never came out successful. this month i had light bleeding that only filled up the tip of the tampon and it only lasted 2 and a half days(i had sex about 2 weeks before this happened). 2 days later i start feeling nauseous and i started having lower back pains, i had a fever, a major headache, sharp stomach cramps/pains, diarrhea (sorry but i must include everything) and i couldn't eat anything because the thought of some foods made me sick. this has lasted for four days. today i'm starting to feel better, fever went away but i still get a headache and cramps. Do these sound like pregnancy symptoms?
now i am getting brownish pinkish discharge leaving spotting on my underwear but yet still no period i am really worried is this normal could this be my period? It is just spotting no heavy bleeding..thanks
