I have had my period for 7years now and I have been taking all kind of treatment and it’s not coming out so I had to do hormonal imbalance test and it’s shows my hormones ain’t balanced what should I do I’m really worried I need to get pregnant

Are you on any kind of therapy right now?
On what BC you are? And for how long have been you using them?
Maybe consult with a doctor to switch you to some other birth control.
