I vomited a lot and for four days I have pain in the top of my ribs (sternum) below the breast in the center when I bend forward to pick things up.  Can vomiting cause this? No lump that I can feel.  Then today I got very weak and felt chilled and dizzy.  Pain and numbness in my legs a bit? Anyone experience this?  Maybe not related.  Felt better after lying down.
