Hi,

for how long have you been experiencing this pain? Without you seeing an ob-gyn and having at least an ultrasound, it's hard to say what exactly is going on. If you're sexually active, it might be chlamydia that's causing this. But, if you're not sexually active, the pain might also be caused by some non-sexually transmitted infection, such as pelvic inflammatory disease. It would be best if you had an ob-gyn check if you have polycystic ovaries or ovarian cyst. Since your periods are regular, it most likely isn't caused by polycystic ovaries - but the only way to know for sure is to have a professional see what is going on,

Wish you all the best,

Nicole
