Okay, so my vagina lips looks like it has a rash (I believe is from wearing tight pants, in the hot blazing sun) It is swollen and only sensitive when I touch it. I am also having discharge of a white but sometimes yellowish color, it is not stretchy more like if it were cream. But the inside of my vagina has these little bumps (I've heard it is normal) and those are itchy. But it doesn't burn when I pee.
I need help, because I'm not sure what it can be ?
You need to go see a doctor to get some cream or something on it. I've never had anything like this before and if this happened to me, me and my vag would be hightailing it to my doc's very fast-like- quick like a bunny sweetie.

Yeah I would too, but my doctor right now is being a pain, and trying to schdule me months from now :/
Then you have 2 options left. 1 you could go to a walk-in clinic to be seen or go to the hospital emergency room, you'll be waiting a long time. You need to make a choice, your doctor unfortunately has not left you any other choice. I wouldn't take any advice of anything natural as it may make it worse or more red, itchy or inflamed only take the advice of a doctor right now. Only advice I will give.
I would suggest something like Sudocrem, an antiseptic healing cream that is used for nappy rash. It shouldn't cause any harm, and would probably bring some relief.
