i have stopped bleeding now but am still having pain like my period is coming

I had my period on the 15th september and finished on the 20th of sept around the the 27th of sept to 30th of sept i has sex with my fiance and i was meant to see my period on the 16th oct but it never came and on the 30th of oct i saw spot it was pink and on the 1st of nov i made love and i started to bleed and was having pains but the bleeding was red nd pink and wasnt heavy it will come and go with the pain and also my breast was tender and this bleeding kept going on and off till the 8th of nov but in between the bleeding i did a pregnancy test but the two lines on the test one was very visible but the other was faint but the pharmacist said to me is +ve that it looks like am having a miscarriage went for a scan couldnt see anything said maybe is too early to see a preg as from my calculations i will only be a 4weeks went to do a blood test but the blood test shows negative that am not pregnant, i have stopped bleeding now but am still having pain like my period is coming please can anyone advise me what might be wrong with me as am really scared.
