Had my tonsils out 25 years ago.  For 2 or 3 years, I have felt like there is something stuck just under where my tonsils would have been.  Sometime hard to swallow.  On Friday felt like I had a bruise just under my jaw near my ear.  It is now agony.  What could it be ?
