Assuming you had a followup after the abortions there should be no problems with getting pregnant.
Sometimes it just takes time. We don't begin to consider fertility issues until a year has passed without trying.
Try not to stress, it doesn't help. You may hear about people that tried and tried for year with nothing. Then they adopt and a short time later find out they're pregnant. It's all true!
