hey there everything you're describing is normal. Some people go through puberty differently than others. Sometimes people's voice gets low before they get leg hair other times people get leg hair before chest hair. It just depends in the person. Everybody develop differently you are normal.

It is okay that you're 13 and haven't hit puberty. Some people hit puberty earlier or later than others and it could be genetic or from things like diet. If you are a female and haven't had your first period by 17, definitely see your doctor. If you're a male and haven't developed by 16-17 you might want to see your doctor as well. Hey im in the same situation as you but im 13 in the 8th grade. Try to brush it off and notice there off spots. Im one of the smartest in my grade sk i have that. Find something you have and they dont. I have been called gay and I call the freind who calls me thag pizza face and it is funny. I'm 13 and a month exactly. I have slightly lower than average voice (I spoke to my mum about feeling insecure when a y10 called me a squeaker and she said my voice is lower than normal and my friends said so too). However, I've never had a voice break and a few times my voice has gone high pitched for a split second but I didn't feel anything (I'm not sure if you feel anything when you have a voice break). I asked my mum and she said it's an Adams apple forming. Have I hit puberty or not? I have some signs but I'm not sure
