You can be in any position in sex and have a high chance of getting pregnant. It depends on your cycle and if you were ovulating or not, because that's what's going to make your chances more high or less, also were you using any type of birth control? And no, you don't have to stay in the same position after sex for the sperm to reach the egg, because it can swim to the egg. And what drug was he on?
