I need some help with my weight and i dont know what to do... i am 15 years old almost 16 and i really want to reach my goal weight of 120lbs and i cant seem to get to that weight and i weight 155.0lbs right now and i was wondering if you had any tips on what i could possiablly do to get my idea weight.. i always workout but never seems to lose plez help thanks (:
