Hi, I never get sore breasts before my period is due, I don't get anything really other than a dull ache the day before. Last week I notice my boobs really hurting. I was waking up in the middle of the night and taking off my bra. The nipples mainly is really sensitive. They have also got bigger in size. I have had 2 children but can't remember this before. The only way I can describe the feeling is when I was breast feeding my boobs knew when my baby was going to wake and feed thats what they feel like now.
