Hey! I'm 20 y/o and I've had my period for over 8 yrs now and I'm not sure what happened. This month I had a period that was lighter than usual but I didn't think anything of it. About 1.5-2 weeks later I got really crampy but I assumed that it was just mid month so that happens sometimes, but then I passed a gray clump. About the size of a quarter, it was a tiny bit bloody, but I have no idea what it is...
Any ideas?
