Question: Did you retract it all the way at once? Because usually when people find that out, they are supposed to retract little by little everyday until it becomes comfortable. I don't know if it still hurts anymore since you posted two days ago. If it still does you should probably see a doctor.

Guys some go in the shower run your penis under some water pick out the skin and pull it up very hard, it doesn't hurt as much if your running it under water
