I'm 13 and I really like this guy who's 16. We are pretty close friends and talk a lot at school and by email. He told me that last year he used to fancy me and then this year he asked me out....WHEN I WAS GOING OUT WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! I still liked him then though and I REALLY wanted to say yes but I couldn't. Now I really want him to ask again but I don't know how to get him to. What can I say to him to let him know that I like him? Please help!!
