It is perfectly normal to ejaculate in your sleep - sometimes called wet dreams or nocturnal emissions. These will continue throughout your life, especially if you are sexually inactive. If you masturbate reguarly, the regularity of these wet dreams will reduce. The small pimples on your penis sound normal. Please don't worry. John
