For seven months i have had blood in my urine at times and also bright red blood when i wipe after urination. I haven't had bladder infection. The urologist has looked at my bladder and says he can't see anything and a CT scan was done of my kidneys without contrasts. The doctor said he didn't see anything. I have not had a period in years. The blood only shows at urination. I have pelvic and back pain so severe I can't stay on my feet very long. My sed rate was up as well as my white blood cells. I have lupus which the doctor knows. I was wondering if any one had a similar problem and perhaps found a doctor that told them what was wrong. I would like to know where the blood is coming from. There are days I don't feel good and get really discouraged because the doctors can't give me an answer. I would appreciate any input.
