my foreskin has a white solid bit of skin on it and i cant remove it is this scar tissue? i am 13years old and my foreskin wont retract and ive got small bumps on my penis, i believe this is PPP but i am not 100% sure. i am not sure whether i am 100% through puberty yet. i have never had sex

I think all of this is normal. Describe the white spot more. You're too young to be through with puberty. When did you first see pubic hair and how long is your penis? Also, how tall are you?

It is not just i spot it is like a big patch of ten to 15 spots running all up my shaft? my Penis is 5 inches long. i have pubic hair and i am starting to get pubic hair on my scrotom, my current height is 160cm / 63 inches. thanks JD

Also my Ejaculation comes out clear but when i rub it in my hands it turns into a white thick fluid like suncream

yea, youre still going through puberty. when did you first see the pubic hair? got a few of those spots myself, normal. cant recall the name but ill look and get back with you on that. are you worried about the bumps? theyre probably normal but describe them a little more and well be sure.

So far you've got nothing to worry about, everything is normal ,just that the white areas arn't common if it's the same as mine.

Let me go ahead and give you the name of it and you can chech it out. Wikipedia had something on it. It's called Vitiligo. When you can get back to me we'll go into the foreskin. Think that'll cover all you're questions.
