I still have pains!

I had my gallbladder removed 7 years ago, and even had a secondary surgery, to enlarge my common bile duct because they thought i was still in pain because stones were left behind. Now 7 years later, i am still having horrible pain attacks, identical in feeling before my gallbladder was removed. In a week (7 days) i will deal with this pain as much as 6 days, and usually as little as 3.What can i do about this? :'(
