Hymens have different presentations (they all look slightly different). It is possible you have partially ruptured your hymen, and it could still bleed (or you could make it look as though it did).
How big is the hole in your hymen? How much bigger than one finger is it? Can you only easily get one finger in? Or do two go in easily?
