im 17 years old right now . i've been lifting weight since i was 14. my aunty asked me 2 lift it as i could build muscles like her husband. i was wondering. does it really affects my growth ? im still the same height like i was 14. mayb i did grew alil taller . but i dont think more then 10 cm. im growing extremely slow . 2 cm per year. i lift weight more then 100 everyday. does it really affect my growth ? im only 167 cm now. is there any way i can do 2 grow taller ? i tried my best to have more calcium so that my bones will grow longer. i do feel pain at my bones after i had some high calcium cheese but i see nothing has really changed. i seriously need help. i gona reach 18 soon once 2009 start . my birthday is on january. i din't know that it stop me this way. my aunty really cheated me. there some personal problems between her n my mum. so is there any help can i really get ? im from malaysia

Lifting weights does not increase your height, it helps build mass. Did Auntie tell you that you would get taller or bigger?
