Yes there is a chance.
Precum may contain sperm if he's recently ejaculated, and not urinated since.
With any sexual contact there is a risk of pregnancy. The "pull-out" method is NOT a form of birth control and is unreliable. Please use some form of protection, either birth control pills or a condom.
