I think m going cray

I just got over a bad head cold so I thought.I had the whole stiff neck ,body pains and stufy nose.It stayed in my head and didnt move to the chest area.But after about a week of being tired and trying to recouperate I thouhgt I was on the road to recovery and noticed one morning I was a little off balance and light headed.I still had my stuffy head but I could breath out my nose.I figured I was getting a middle ear infction because I had ringing in my ears and they felt like they were plugged up and need to pop.So off to the dr to be told my ears looke fine and there was nothing wrong with them .So she gave me a decoestant and said we would start there did some blood work and I went home.Now I still have a stiff neck not as bad but I have a headache in the middle of my eyebrows and I have pressure all over my head.Cant sleep cant eat cant get the ringing to stop.If you have any thing like this please let me know because now its gotten to the point im getting depressed about not being able to stop th noise and sleep at night.Iread up on stress and hearing loss but nothing has these symptoms.other than the ringing :'(
