Actually I am always very afraid of infection. Yesterday I felt itching on my lips and I thought - oh, no, now I am going to get this terrible crust on my face and I took famvir. After that nothing happened, actually I took famvir for what I though was a cold sore but it wasn't. What should I do now?
Hello! First of all you didn't write how many tablets of Famvir you took. There are Famvir tablets of 125 mg, 250 mg and 500 mg. As you can see there is a difference. Also, it is important if you are pregnant or nursing. According to your words you took it yesterday and nothing happened, if so, there is nothing to worry about.
