How to delete the pages you have visited. It is very simple Follow the procedure.
1. Go to Control Panel.
2.Choose Internet option.
3.Choose option "Delete" history
That is all

That post was over a year old and they was asking how to remove there posts off this website not how to remove history of what they have visited from there pc.
Only members can delete there profiles and posts they have made by going into your profile and deleting your account.
You can't delete a post if it's a duplicate not even if your a member of the site.
You could try emailing tech support with details of the post you want deleted and see if they can help you out.
If you have a duplicate post on here I wouldn't worry to much about it.
