A gallon of liquid weighs 8 pounds, take an empty gallon milk container and fill it with water and you have an 8 pound weight. Hold one in each hand and squat down and back up, that will work your thigh muscles. You do not have to buy anything. When the water is easy, replace it with sand, which will make it heavier. Exercizing now and staying fit is much better than waiting till your thirty and decide you need to loose weight. Stop drinking anything with fructose corn syrup. No soda, drink water,get a sports water bottle too hold with water. Sometimes you are just in the habit of having something in your hand. If you drink juice make sure it is 100% Pure juice, not a flavored drink. Canned fruit in juice,not syrup. Tuna in water not oil. All these things add up to you being in much better health. If your not good at football,basketball, or baseball, go bowling. The balls differ in weight so you can start with a lighter one and then go to a heavier one.
