Maybe when you learn how to spell and write a comprehensible sentence you’ll start to grow hair like a man. People aren’t teasing you because you don’t have a beard; they’re teasing you because you lack an education,

but the only request I had with them I got to play with them and I would keep them groomed and waxed all the time

Hello.

If you are looking to promote hair growth on your body, there are a few things you can try. However, it's important to note that individual results may vary, and these are only some general suggestions:

1. Good Nutrition: Ensure you have a well-balanced diet that includes essential nutrients for hair growth, such as proteins, vitamins (particularly vitamin A, C, and E), minerals (like zinc and iron), and omega-3 fatty acids. Consider incorporating foods like fish, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your meals.

2. Scalp Massage: Regularly massaging your scalp can stimulate blood circulation and potentially promote hair growth. You can use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp in circular motions for a few minutes each day.

3. Minoxidil (Rogaine): Minoxidil is an over-the-counter topical solution that is commonly used to treat hair loss. It may also be applied to other areas of the body to promote hair growth. However, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional before using any medication.

4. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): Hormonal imbalances can sometimes contribute to hair loss or lack of hair growth. If you suspect hormonal issues, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional who can assess your hormone levels and guide you through potential hormone replacement therapies if necessary.

5. Avoid Hair Removal Techniques: If you're actively removing hair from your body through methods like waxing, shaving, or laser hair removal, it may hinder the growth of new hair. Consider avoiding these techniques if you're trying to encourage hair growth.

Remember, it's essential to manage your expectations and be patient, as hair growth is a gradual process.

Hello! the best way is to use a shampoo and conditioner that has vitamins for your hair in it, apply it to the area and also, I would take supplements such as vitamins, testosterone booster, and or any recommendations by your primary care doctor! hope this helps!
