HI! Im here because Id love tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way. I chose one year because that way I van get healthy and not only skinny. Sadly I weigh 195lbs. and want to weigh 150lbs. At least for now. Im 5'5 so almost no one thinks that i look obese but i know that i am not healthy. Please give me as many suggestions possible! Thank You. Im 14 btw
