I just read your message today. Have you tried anything to lower your Creatinine?

I read that Amla or Goosebery or Embelica in English is a very useful plant for that purpose. Many medical studies have been conducted both in India as well as Japan on this plant. All the best

Hi there,
There are few things that you need to know about creatinine. This is so called waste from our muscles and it is produced from creatine which is very important energy for our muscles. Your level of creatinine should maintain on the same level because it depends on the muscle mass. If I am not mistaking the levels of normal creatinine for adults is 10 to 12, and yours is 14 now. I think that this can indicate that you are having problems with your kidneys. If you check your kidneys now you might find out that your kidneys have some kind of dysfunction. Severe kidney disease can cause alterations in cratinine levels in your body.

There are reasons why we have doctors and specialists. They are medical authorities on bodily functions. I know a patient whose creatinine level was "12". The Nephrologist asked to have a conference with this patient due to the severe impairment of his kidney function at the time. The Nephrologist suggested instead of dialysis, it was time to keep the patient home in bed, being made comfortable through Hospice, supporting him onto his death. But this patient was firm about being supported and made comfortable onto the continuance of his life. There was no suicide at home. You couldn't be more wrong about your supposition creatinine levels of "10 to 12" being "normal". Medical treatment specialists certainly can't afford to take the treatment analogy of, "If I am not mistaking....." People are dying in dialysis centers across the country. Dialysis "spiking" high blood pressure levels have caused patients to be blind. Dialysis filters out albumin and other natural body enzymes that the process does not replace. A patient can begin dialysis with a healthy heart and it can be destroyed by the process. Forty-five percent if not more of dialysis patients, pass away from heart issues caused by dialysis. Dialysis is typical in causing extreme weakness, people being tired and debilitated. A lot of times patients are not advised at all that can happen to them from dialysis. How ludicrously inept is your comment, "If you check your kidneys now you might find out that your kidneys have some kind of dysfunction." As if patients can check their own kidneys! Your lack of logic and common sense is not deserving of any valid or credible forum. This is why we have specialists in the field, and not those who presume much less convey, ridiculous assumptions. You better go see a Nephrologist. Maybe something is wrong with you.
