Hi, I've had IBS for about a year now and I'm fed up. I take high strength probiotics everyday and this seems to help the noises a bit, but I need help and advice on what to eat. I've tried to work out if I have any intolerances and I just can't tell so I may get a professional intolerance test. Has anyone got any advice which food will settle my stomach and stop noises? I can't have nuts either as I'm allergic. Thanks for any help:-):-|
