If I broke my hymen accidentally would I still have my period?

Breaking your hymen won't effect your period in any way. It's a thin piece of tissue that some women don't even have that breaks by friction. Some women break it during masturbation or by insertion of tampon/ the menstrual cup and others during their first time having sex. It's common to have a small amount of blood and maybe some cramps the day afterwards. But it won't effect your periods and they should still come and go as usual
