Technically precum, as its name suggests, is preparing the way for the main ejaculation, but that does not mean it contains no spermatozoa - sperm cells. Someone has to be first, and you're not going to notice the keen spermatozoa that make into what still looks to be clear fluid.

Nevertheless, the second chain you describe is about as remote from any plausible risk of pregnancy as I can imagine, barring beating off across the other side of the room. Even at the entrance to the vagina, it's a hell of a long way for a cell to drive itself, all the way up the vagina, around and into the cervix, and up deep into the womb... it's pretty much a miracle that pregnancies ever occur, let alone under the circumstances you describe.

Pregnancy is far more likely if the ejaculation occurs at the point of maximum thrust, and the piston/firehose effect drives the sperm into the womb directly, saving it most of the effort, so I'd say the biggest thing you have to worry about is did she appreciate your efforts?

Nothing is impossible, and if you're a devout Christian even a virgin birth is apparently possible, but no, I'd say that your current concern is not up there as a biggie. What it is however is a gentle reminder that pregnancy happens, life happens, and at some point you may choose or by your actions have chosen to bring new life into the world. How you deal with that is up to you.
