Im 12 and 150lb i hate it , i cant do activities at school like pe with out getting red and sweating while all the outher thin people don't get this the problem is i spend a lot of time on PC i eat all right i just don't know how yo get fitter and loose lb please help !

Jake, how tall are you? 150 lbs doesn't necessarily means you're overweight... What do you usually eat during the day? Average amount of food and type of food? Besifes PE, any other activities?

Im 5 9 and breafasti eat cereal,lunch tostie , dinner paster or something that has meat with often my mom makes it from scratch
That's all i eat

Jake, probably you're not consuming enough veggies and you eat too much grains. Especially for dinner. Instead pasta for dinner, opt for a piece for lean mean (for example chicken breast or a piece of fish) and a bowl of salad or cooked veggies (avoid starchy vegetabels- potato, corn...)
