I'm 13 and I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes. They said the Diabetes may've been to my puberty starting, yet I've only grown pubic hairs and my testicles have dropped. However, my voice hasn't deepend, anf worst of all, I've not produced sperm. Is there any advice on how to produce it?
