I'm 13,5"4 and 11 stone, I'm really fat compared to everyone eles( I know I shouldn't compare myself to others but it's hard) doctors have said I'm over weight for my age and height . I don't understand though, I eat 1 meal a day(lunch, it's normally a salad sandwich with some other filling like cream cheese or chicken) and I know it's not the way to do it but I'm not hungry for the rest of the time. So I don't see how I can lose weight, I can't go to the gym because I'm young and I can never get the will power to excersise everyday.
