One day when I was masturbating, Near the end I started to feel a very high pressure at the top of my penis but was too scared to continue. I knew this was a climax but I thought I wasn't prepared.
A few days later I wanted to see what would happen If I continued on with it and, did so, but felt the WORST stinging pain at the top of my penis. my Penis became slippery and I knew that it was sperm but why am I getting that painful stinging feeling.

Does your foreskin retract? It's normal for it not to up to about age 16 or so.
Likely the swelling of the glans as you ejaculated caused the sting. The nerves aren't used to being touched yet, by anything. It could be the semen too.
It SHOULD become less sensitive as you continue.
